Depending upon the cruise you chose, the routes may vary. However, in general, the routes are Alleppey –  Vembabanad Lake – Alleppey, Alleppey – Kumarakom – Thottappally – Neudmudi – Alleppey, Alleppey – Kumarakom – Alleppey, Alleppey – Alumkadavu (2 nights cruise).

What are the activities included?

The activities included in the houseboat are fishing, indoor games, sightseeing at attractions including churches, temples, coir industry, and other places of interest. You can also request a canoe ride when you book houseboats.

We cannot provide a fixed tariff rate. The tariff varies with the season and the type of houseboat. The season is from October to February, and the rate will be higher. From March to September, the rate is low. Depending upon your requirement and wish, you can fix the type of houseboat you want to opt for.

Is it a must to book a houseboat in advance?

If you are planning to go boating during the peak season, then it is a must to book in advance. Also, if you are looking for popular houseboats then it’s a better idea to book as early as possible.

What are the things to keep in mind on a cruise?

As per government rule, houseboats should halt by 5.30 PM  because, after the given time, fishing begins. So, after 5.30 PM the houseboats will halt. AC in a deluxe boat will be operated only between 9 pm to 6 am.

Are houseboats safe for kids?

Definitely! The houseboats are well equipped with life jackets, guard railings, sliding doors, latching gates, and life-boys. The security measures are high, hence need not to worry about it. Above all, BE MINDFUL of the kids.
