Sentosa Island

If you are someone who loves sandy beaches and bright sun, Sentosa Island is the best place to visit in Singapore. Siloso Beach located on the island provides you with all the excitement of a seashore. Many activities like kayaking, beach volley, and surfing are centered around the area. Most exciting of all is the Underwater World aquarium where you can see the aquatic life up close. There was a 37-meter-tall replica of Merlion, the mascot of Singapore, which was recently closed. A Sentosa Sensoryscape project is under construction in the area which is believed to grow into one of the best attractions in Singapore.
